Definitions: |
1.01 |
Seller – Natural Beauty by Chantal |
1.02 |
Buyer – the individual or business
purchasing Goods or Services from the Seller. |
1.03 |
Goods – the items or services for sale by the
Seller. |
1.04 |
Contract – the contract between the Seller
and Buyer in relation to the sale and purchase of Goods or Services
as bound by these Terms and Conditions. |

Terms and Conditions – as set out in this document. |

2.00 |
Terms and Conditions of Sale: |
2.01 |
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts
for the sale of Goods or Services by the Seller to the Buyer. |
2.02 |
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods or Services shall
be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions. |
2.03 |
Where the Goods or Services ordered by the Buyer
are not available from stock the Buyer shall be notified and given
the option to wait until available or cancel the order and receive
a full refund. |
2.04 |
The Price of the Goods or Services is stipulated
on the Seller's Website. The Price is in UK Pounds and includes VAT.
The price does NOT include Carriage, which will be added to the final
price at the check out. At this point the total purchase price, including
VAT and delivery charges will be displayed in the Buyer's shopping
cart before confirming and payment. |
2.05 |
Once the order is received, the Seller will confirm
by email the details, description and price for the Goods or Services
ordered. If these are different from the Buyers details, description
and price shown on the Website the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel
the order. |
2.06 |
Dispatch of the Goods or Services will only be carried
out once full and cleared payment has been received for the Goods
and Services. |
2.07 |
The Seller reserves the right to alter the price
and specification of any item or to withdraw any goods on/from the
Website at its own discretion. |
2.08 |
Goods or Services supplied within the UK mainland
will normally be delivered within 7 working days or sooner of receipt
of order and cleared funds. Goods or Services supplied outside the
UK mainland will normally be delivered within 14 working days or sooner
of receipt of order and cleared funds. This does not apply to Special
Order Goods and Services whereby delivery times will be advised to
the Buyer by the Seller at the time of order. |
2.09 |
Where a specific delivery date has been agreed between
Buyer and Seller and this cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified
and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive
a full refund. |
2.10 |
Delivery of the Goods or Services will be made to
the Buyer's credit card / debit card address specified or to an alternative
address if this has been agreed between the Buyer and Seller. The
Buyer must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the
Goods or Services, if this is not possible then the Seller should
be notified immediately otherwise any costs incurred to the Seller
will be passed on to the Buyer. |
2.11 |
Title and risk relating to the Goods or Services
will pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods or Services. |
2.12 |
The Buyer will inspect the Goods or Services immediately upon receipt and should notify the Seller within a reasonable time frame after delivery if the Goods or Services are damaged or do not comply with the order. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods or Services. |
2.13 |
Where the Goods or Services are defective or damaged the Goods or Services should be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund plus any return delivery charges (upon the Seller receiving proof of delivery costs from the Buyer) if the Goods or Services are found to be damaged or defective within a reasonable time frame and is not the result of Buyers abuse. As the Seller uses national courier services, the Buyer should ensure that they check the packaging for damage before signing for the goods.
If the packaging is damaged in any way, the Buyer should notify the Seller immediately and either sign for the goods as damaged or do not accept the goods. |
2.14 |
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of repair and all restocking costs. |
2.15 |
The Buyer has the right to cancel the Order at any time and receive a refund by informing us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the Goods or Services. Goods or Services must be returned at the Buyers cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Goods or Services must be returned in its original packaging with all instructions. Upon the Seller receiving the returned Goods, the Buyer will then receive a refund of all monies paid. |
2.16 |
The Seller is entitled to change these Terms and
Conditions at any time. |
2.17 |
These Terms and Conditions are subject to English
law and the jurisdiction of the English courts. The Buyer's statutory
rights are not affected in anyway. |

3.00 |
Force Majeure: |
3.01 |
The Seller will not be liable for any delay or failure
to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results
from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including
but not limited to acts of God, strikes, accidents, war, fire, technical
failure, acts of terrorism and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable
extension of its obligations. |
